Metro bathroom tiles never go out of style as they’re perfect for adding interest in any room, especially if you make them pop with a contrasting grout colour. We’ve been in awe of Betsan and Steffan’s cartref hardd (beautiful home) in Carmarthen for quite some time, and we were keen to catch up with them to find out more.
We bought our first home in August 2019. It’s a 70s house and we wanted to modernize it. I had some ideas for the bathroom and after hours of looking for inspiration on Pinterest, we found a style that we both like, so the next step was to look for sleek, white metro tiles!
Choosing the right metro bathroom tiles
We looked around but always came back to Direct Tile Warehouse, we were drawn to these Gamma tiles. We finally went for them, and we are so glad that we did, they made a massive difference and we can’t get enough of looking at them. We loved them so much we got some for the kitchen!
We wanted to keep the 70s vibe but were struggling to find or think what would look great in the kitchen. And then we thought why not use the same tiles as the bathroom? They’re so versatile and will go anywhere, simple and smart, and make a statement. Don’t look any further, go to Direct Tile Warehouse!
